The body is a cultural artifact.
I treat both as source.
Ciało jest artefaktem kulturowym.
Traktuję je jak źródło.

About
O mnie
Sofi Trela (Zofia Jasińska-Trela) was born into a family for whom art, direction, and acting were a native language — so it's no surprise that her own story begins onstage. She was ten when she played Mary Lennox in "The Secret Garden" at Teatr Bagatela in Kraków. That experience of facing an audience, and drawing energy from it, never left her — it became written into the way she speaks, writes, and builds narrative, with an instinct for the moment when something becomes important, or, as her father would put it, sacred.
Adulthood carried that instinct into different registers without losing any of its intensity. At Fundacja STU, she produced cultural events and performances, contributing to branding and costume design for Teatr STU productions. As an editor and publisher, she worked on "Libellum Album" by Jerzy Prokopiuk — a project that demanded humility toward a text transcribed from the Professor's own handwritten notes. She handled PR for ICE Kraków, learning how a city tells its story at scale, and during a season at Unsound Festival, turned chaos into structure, and structure into an experience that stays with people for years.
At first glance, it reads like a collage — theatre, publishing, festivals, PR, arts education. But underneath, one instinct is at work: a fascination with how meaning gets built — on a stage, on a page, in a body.
That same instinct eventually led her to intuitive eating. Today, she is Poland's first and only Intuitive Eating counselor certified by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, with three years of clinical practice in the field and in psychodietetics — work she now channels into BESPOKE BODY, a brand built on the belief that the body isn't a project to optimize, but a cultural text worth reading closely, and a system that helps women arrive at a place of peace and understanding with their own bodies.
W Fundacji STU produkowała wydarzenia kulturalne i spektakle, współtworząc branding i kostiumy do produkcji Teatru STU.
Ten sam instynkt doprowadził ją w końcu do jedzenia intuicyjnego.
